Services include:

  • Rental assessment
  • Advertising
  • Booking and carrying out viewings
  • Tenant referencing and credit check for the prospective tenant
  • Providing a tenancy agreement and “How to Rent” booklet with relevant information
  • Processing first months rent and deposit to Landlord along with statement of account

A fee of three weeks rent will be charged for the above service.

Additional Services: Include organising Energy Performance Certificate, Gas Safety Certificate.

Full Management

Landlords that decide for a full management service will include the let only service plus management of the property.

Our property management service is ideal for Landlords who do not want to get involved with management and maintenance issues.

How do I know what rent to charge?

Our letting department will give you a free rental valuation. Our experienced staff can give you up to date information relating to the current market conditions and how to achieve the best possible rent income on your property.

How much would it cost me to let my property?

Depending on what service you would require i.e.; Full management or Let only. We offer a competitive rate for full management and three weeks rent for let only.

What are my obligations as a Landlord?
A landlord would be required to supply an up to date gas safety certificate (issued on a yearly basis), Electrical certificates, EPC certificate with a rating of “E” or above (valid for ten years).
What if a tenant does not pay?

Firstly we can offer rent protection insurance and we can serve your tenants notice and reclaim any unpaid rent.
