- Tenant referencing and credit check for the prospective tenant
- Providing a tenancy agreement and “How to Rent” booklet with relevant information
- Processing first months rent and deposit to Landlord along with statement of account
A fee of three weeks rent will be charged for the above service.
Additional Services: Include organising Energy Performance Certificate, Gas Safety Certificate.

Full Management
Landlords that decide for a full management service will include the let only service plus management of the property.
Our property management service is ideal for Landlords who do not want to get involved with management and maintenance issues.

Depending on what service you would require i.e.; Full management or Let only. We offer a competitive rate for full management and three weeks rent for let only.
